Who we are

For the past decade DV Plastics, Inc. has been the leading manufacturer of disposable colored plastic spoons- taster, ice cream, frozen yogurt, and gelato- and Italian-style plastic gelato cups. Our own line has been designed for the frozen dessert segment of the foodservice industry. 

We are the only disposable colored plastic spoon manufacturer to offer all of our products in 35 in-stock color options. Customization of colors and color matching also available. The only limit is your imagination.

Based in Southern California, DV Plastics, Inc. is a family owned and operated custom injection mold company with an emphasis on innovation, customization, and encouraging customer input and collaboration.

Our team here has the capabilities to offer in-house custom 3-D CAD design, prototype development, engineering, mold design and parts manufacturing. With our state of the art equipment we are able to hold the tightest tolerances in production.

What We've Achieved

DV Plastics, Inc. started as a small, one machine injection molding shop that was making tasting spoons for the ice cream, frozen yogurt, gelato and frozen dessert industry. A decade later we have grown to 15 machines ranging from 25 tons to 200 tons and making six proprietary spoon designs and four cup designs. In house design, engineering, prototyping, mold design, and manufacturing has allowed DV Plastics, Inc. to be a leader in customer service and innovation. We pride ourselves on being an American based plastic spoon manufacturer competing globally.
